Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band - The Doughnut in Granny's Greenhouse [Bonus Tracks]

The Doughnut in Granny's Greenhouse is the second album by the Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band. By this time the band had changed their name to "The Bonzo Dog Band", dropping out the "Doo-Dah". The American version of this album was retitled Urban Spaceman and added their U.K. hit single "I'm the Urban Spaceman". The phrase "the doughnut in granny's greenhouse" is British slang for lavatory.

In 2007 the U.K. version was re-issued by EMI on CD with 5 bonus tracks.

I first heard "Spaceman" decades ago on some obscure '60s British hits/misc. collection. I haven't heard that LP since, but since I recently heard it elsewhere, my aging memory seems to think that the other version was different. Maybe a bit faster, maybe different instrumentation. This isn't impossible, as I have a German LP of the Who with a different versions of "Surprises" and "Circles" on it. But I wonder if anyone else knows of this...?
